Ode to Oatmeal
Some people like their oatmeal thick. Some like it more watery.
As for me? The consistency of my oatmeal varies, since there's no consistency to how much hot water I add.

That's more of a random oatmeal non-sequiter or deep thought than an ode I think, but I am awed but your superb use of both meanings of the word consistency so concisely in the same sentence. Have you considered a career writing illustrative sentences for the dictionary or spelling bees?
